She’s smart, stylish and super savvy when it comes to business, but that’s not all. Laura Maiocco is also passionate about giving back to her community, adored by friends and family and always up for a challenge.

Laura, originally from Michigan, moved to the Sunshine State right out of high school seeking sun and fun. First stop, the University of Florida. While at UF, Laura earned a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and Branding. UF is also where Laura developed her love of GATOR FOOTBALL!

After working in advertising in Miami and New York City, Laura moved to New Orleans. There she earned a Master’s Degree at Tulane University and had a HOT time traveling the world for McIlhenny Co. (Tabasco).  Laura eventually returned to Florida and helped Transitions Optical re-brand itself globally.

These days Laura is constantly on the go. She runs Simple Access, a very successful business that provides private lending for real estate investments. She also volunteers for countless not-for-profit organizations and over the past 15 years has served on several community boards. When it comes to fundraising those in the know go to Laura to get the job done. She was most recently named “Volunteer of the Year” at the Greater Palm Harbor YMCA.

Laura is blissfully married to Brian and they have two children, Sam (11) and Macy (9). They live on the water in the beautiful community of Crystal Beach in North Pinellas County.
