Ken is currently the President & General Manager of WMOR-TV, which is known locally as MOR.  He joined the station in 1996 when it was a WB affiliate.  In 1999 the WB Network switched affiliations in the Tampa market and WMOR-TV became an independent station.  In November 2009 WMOR became the #1 independent television station in the country from 4-8PM.  The station is currently in the process of unprecedented growth featuring shows such as; Family GuyThe Office, My Name is Earl, How I Met Your Mother, American Dad, 30 Rock, The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family.

On March 2, 2009 WMOR-TV launched the markets first free 24 hour free movie channel called “thisTV Tampa Bay” and on September 28, 2009 WMOR launched its 3rd television station, a Hispanic channel called Estrella TV.

WMOR-TV is owned by Hearst Television Inc, which owns Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Cosmopolitan magazines along with partial ownership of ESPN Lifetime.
