Elliott, 36, is president of Fun Bike Center Motorsports and Tampa Triumph. Family-owned and operated in Lakeland since 1993, Fun Bike Center is one of the largest powersports dealerships in the country and has received national recognition as a top retailer of Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Triumph, and Royal Enfield brand motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, side-by-side utility vehicles, and personal watercraft. Tampa Triumph, established in 2015, is the only Triumph Motorcycles flagship dealer in the state of Florida and is 2-time recipient of Triumph Motorcycles’ Dealer of the Year award.

Elliott works side-by-side with his two brothers, Jordan, CEO of the Dorsch restaurants, and Nicholas, director, Chief Marketing Officer, and corporate counsel for the family’s Fun Bike Center, Tampa Triumph, Papa John's Pizza, Genghis Grill, and MOJO's companies. The Dorsch family businesses currently employ over 800 people throughout Hillsborough, Polk, Pasco, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.

Elliott volunteers in the community and serves astrustee to the charitable Daniel and Cynthia Dorsch Family Fund. Elliott and his brothers created the fund with the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay in memory of their parents, Dan and Cyndie Dorsch, who died in a tragic July 2009 plane crash on their return flight from Cyndie’s ballroom dancing competition in New York. The Daniel and Cynthia Dorsch Family Fund benefits numerous local charitable organizations, with special focus on those targeting women and children in need. Elliott lives in Culbreath Bayou with his wife Virginia, 8-year old son Aiden, and 5-year-old daughter Emma. He is honored to participate in Hands Across the Bay’s dancing event to help raise funds for a great cause and to honor the memory of his mother, Cyndie Dorsch, who was an avid ballroom dancing enthusiast.
